Operator

Ciphras (email build.ciphras@proton.me).

What we collect

• What you enter when you submit a request: the industry or scenario, product names, chosen dimensions, and one contact (e.g. an email address or WeChat ID).
• Redemption code: used only to confirm that you ordered on Xianyu. We keep only a hash of the code (never the code itself), when it was used and which request it was used for; codes are valid for 1 year from creation and their records are then deleted automatically.
• To prevent spam, we temporarily keep a salted hash of your IP address (never the IP itself); it is deleted automatically within about 2 days.
• We don't collect your name, ID number or phone number — please don't enter them in the form.

What we use it for

Only to make and deliver that report, and to contact you if needed. Data is stored with this site's hosting provider, Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

The request, the private link and any published report are deleted automatically 90 days after submission; redemption-code records are deleted 1 year after the code was created.

How to delete it

Email build.ciphras@proton.me with your private link and we will delete it. After deletion the link no longer opens.

Private links

Private links are randomly generated, not listed anywhere and not indexed by search engines — but anyone who has the link can open it, so share it with care.

Other

This site uses no third-party scripts, analytics or ad tracking.
